With specific requirements for a sacrificial floor, Profurn can offer a sprung floor with Weathertex, finished in multiple layers of theatre black paint.
Weathertex boards are a sacrificial top layer 9.5mm thick, arranged in a half bond pattern with 1mm gap and screwed to the base floor with countersunk screws.
The screw holes are filled and the boards are finished with 3 coats of Dulux Theatre Black paint.

Profurn FlexiPro 21 base floor I made up of 21 x 575 x2 200mm birch ply sheets, supported by continuous elastic EvaZote rubber strips in 10mm /8mm thickness, recessed / glued into grooves on the panel underside. Special tongue/groove profiles along all 4 sides of panels secure fast and safe connection by gluing into one floating area.
